A new two-car garage/workshop with living space moving from a two-storey scheme to all critical spaces being on the ground floor.  

Central challenges of this project include:

1. The interface of the old structure with the new.

2. Creating a dynamic approach with a delineated entry on an otherwise very long east face.

3.  Establishing a flow through rooms that results in an intuitive intimacy gradient from most public to most private.
